Some Breed specific profiles in my Werewolf Verse:

Wolves: 
Wolves tend to be aggressive and arrogant. They are very good pack people but also able to live completly alone, unlike most other breeds. Wolfs can be very protective. They dislike most of the dog breeds. People tend to call them “coldhearted”. Many of the most succesful people in history have been wolves.
The most intelligent murders are done by wolves. Some of them happen in very well planned packs. You probably need a consulting detective to reveal a wolfcase.

Foxes:
Foxes are very adaptable and intelligent. You’ll almost never recognize a fox, because they try their best to hide it. Most of them assume a different breed by imitating breedspecific attitudes and making themself smell like other breeds. 
Wolfpeople tend to hate Foxpeople, in case they’re able to recognize them. Many actors are Foxes.

German Shepherd:
German Shepherds are extremly loyal and self-assured people. They are intelligent, reliable and usually calm. However, they can become over-protective of their family and territory, especially if not socialized correctly. 
Many hotshots in the army are German Shepherds.

Corgis:
This rather small people are gentle and tend to follow their alpha person, owner or the head of family everywhere. They are curious and can be good watchdogs.

Akita Inu:
The Akitas are a unique combination of courage, alertness, and devotion to their family. They are extraordinarily affectionate and loyal with family and friends. Many Akitas are fearless and once they’ve chosen a friend, partner, owner or alpha person they tend stay loyal till their death. Many Akitas only marry one time in their life and stay single after the death of their partner.

English Bulldogs:
Despite their famous “sourpuss” expression, Bulldogs are generally docile and tractable. However, they can move very quickly over short distances. They are friendly and gregarious, but occasionally willful.

Yorshire Terrier:
They have nice hair.

Mixes:
People of mixed breeds tend to be more docile than others.
